This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of visitors to kupriyanov.cc (the “Site”) is processed. By using the Site and submitting data through its forms, you agree to this Policy.

The Policy is prepared with reference to Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of the Russian Federation.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

Processing is carried out with the subject’s consent and where required by law, with and without automation. The Operator does not make decisions producing legal effects for the subject based solely on automated processing.

Some processors handle data outside the Russian Federation. By submitting data through the Site, you are informed of such transfer. The Operator takes steps required under applicable law.

The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymized visit statistics. Technical cookies may be used for Site operation and security.

You may limit cookies in your browser settings; this may affect some Site features.

11. Retention

Form data is processed for as long as needed to respond and related communication, then deleted when purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless longer retention is required by law. Anonymized analytics data follows the processors’ retention rules.

• lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court.

13. Withdrawing consent

Email [email protected] to withdraw consent. The Operator will stop processing and delete data except where continued processing is required by law.

The Operator applies organizational and technical measures to protect personal data. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS.

15. Changes

The Operator may update this Policy. The new version applies when published on this page unless otherwise stated.
